Great doctor, always ready to listen to you and propose adequate medication.
The care when at the office is always great but I really hate trying to contact someone via phone. The phone tree is AI and sends you to the scheduling people which took literally 15 minutes each of the two times I tried to call. This was specifically for rheumatology. Finally get thru and the phone goes to voicemail which says it’s monitored from 8-4 every day. Left two messages over 4 hrs with no return call.
