I was having difficulty with my hands. Swollen, clicking, dull ache, tried physical therapy and cortisone was just a temporary fix. I was miserable. Dr Poole ran tests, examined my hands and asked about my history with my hands. We found a program of medicine and treatment the was effective. Little to no pain , swelling a thing of the past . Staff from scheduling to nurses are always upbeat and helpful. I got my hands working so much better !!!
Dr Poole was great. I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions and gave me a lot of information.
Very good, his a great doctor.
I don’t know why this doctor has positive reviews. I saw him and he said if I didn’t want to take drugs then why am I here? Then I said that I do get 2 meds from MBJ and his reply was that I can get those meds from my PCP. This doctor never preformed an exam and he was rude! He made me feel uncomfortable and confused. He replaced Dr. Biggee and was not kind when he spoke about why she left the practice, my guess is because she didn’t push drugs on her patients. FYI not going back and now I need a new rheumatologist!
