After waiting in the exam room 30 minutes, I was told that there were 2 patients still ahead of me. After waiting more than an hour in the exam room, I was told there were still 2 patients ahead of me. I was so frustrated and felt lied to. The waiting room was standing room only. That should have been a clue as to how patients time is disrespected here. If this was an exception to normal flow, they should have been rescheduling a few appointments to stay on schedule. Great Doctor and Great Staff.
I have been to a lot of doctors in my life, and Dr Pietrowski is one of the best. And his staff are absolutely and sincerely kind and caring. As far as I am concerned, he is the cardiologist that I will remain with the rest of my life.
