Very knowledgeable individual He looked at the heating aids , cleaned them and put news tubes on them and had the technician clean the left ear that had wax impacted deep in it. He then put the hearing aids back in and I could hear quite well.
Dr. Mortensen was friendly and professional. After my test, he explained my results in a manner I could understand. Got in on my scheduled time and was never pressed with time.
Dr Mortensen, took his time and explained everything that was going on. Very personable and with respect.
He was very helpful in helping me with my hearing aid . I appreciate him .
