The place was friendly and I was greeted straight away by a receptionist who checked me in and told me where I was going to be seen shortly. Bryan met me and was great!
Dr Mortensen understands hearing loss and has done a great job at educating me about the issues I have and how to best address them. I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with hearing loss issues
Dr Mortensen was very kind and patient with this stubborn old man in getting my hearing aids set up and worked out. Hopefully I can figure them out, if not, I know who to go to!!
