Explained everything extremely well and answered all of my questions.
Today was my first year checkup. He answered my questions throughly. He made sure my aids were cleaned, tips replaced, updated the mechanics and made sure they fit and operated well. He helped me with my insurance too. Thank you, I'm looking forward to my 2nd year checkup.
Dr. mortensen is conscientious in training the user of hearing aids. He answered every question and took time to answer concerns. He was great!
