I went in to see Dr. Pacini for a check up from treatment a year ago at Bryan on July 8th . On my Bryan portal a bill for a little over one hundred dollars shows up. I replied to the portal that I'm 100% covered by insurance and I don't owe this money. Bryan tells me it's from 8 years ago and in collections. I tell them that I have no idea of what this bill is and it is time barred and has expired past major legal and financial enforcement deadlines. I had a bad experience with Brayan Hospital East. Day of surgery I had to get manscape and had a crowd to watch which made me uncomfortable strip me of my dignity. Never even tried to cover me up. Multiple blood draws in same vein. Couldn't eat the food. Worst cheeseburger I ever tried to eat.after surgery I was accused of ripping out my IV and I lost my trust in Brayan Hospital East. My experience was very pleasant from the time I arrived to the information desk, the person who lead me to the room and the technician were all great. The wait time was also short.
