Very punctual and very nice, good coverage offerings and always contacts to make sure everything is good.
Carolyn spoke with me about my policy and helped made sure I have the coverage I want and need. She was very helpful, not pushy in selling (which is so very nice) and answered my questions fully. Dealing with her and this office makes me glad to be with state farm, I enjoy working with people and not automated phones and AI.
