Wow what happen to this company turn my insurance off after paying now just got a call shut off again non payment I'm switching insurance s to many problems with the company all of a sudden even after I've been a customer for years

Bryan is extremely diligent with assisting his clients and if he's not available he is able to delegate efficiently to his staff. I have been with him since he opened his office and always satisfied with his services.
I used to have my State Farm insurance with the previous agent, Kristen Moore, before she retired and sold her office to Bryan. I've been with State Farm for many years. I have not been happy with Bryan's office or his staff on many occasions. They make up excuses and do not treat me with respect or courtesy. I am switching agents. I've had enough.
