Bryan May and the team at Stockton were upfront and transparent about the mortgage process. An app interface for uploading documents and seeing progress was really helpful for those 2 am "have to get all my papers" jitters because it let you see exactly what was needed and why. Weekly checking in on the loan progression made communication standardised.
