Although Bryan has retired he has put his customers in good hands
Does not return calls. Changes to policy for reduction in coverage went on for three plus months. Claimed he never got the information that calls were missed. An email proved otherwise. Changes made but credit Did not cover the time when transaction was suppose to be made. Another pattern similar but changed agents.
Brian and his staff are great to work with. They are attentive to details with our auto insurance, and respond quickly if we have questions or need assistance. Glad to be his customer, you won't find more qualified and professional out there!
