My parents and myself have seen Dr. Bryan Phillips for many years. He is an excellent doctor. Wait times are rather long but the customer service given makes up for it.
I believe Dr. B. Phillips is a good doctor, but canceled him as my eye doctor due to unacceptable long wait times at appointments. If I was late for meetings with my paying clients, I would be out of business. Doctors should be held to the same standard. Your patients are your customers. Please remember that and show them the respect they deserve.
Dr Bryan and Dr Dawn Phillips no longer accept Humana patients BUT it took 6 wks, many, many phone calls, and finally an in-person visit to find this out. I've used Dr Bryan for 12 years and had very successful cataract surgeries in Dec 2019 but now that my eyes burn and my vision is cloudy, I can't go to him without paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars.
