Not very happy with their service.
Yesterday my car would not start. I called my insurance company as I'm fairly new here and they said to call if I needed something my insurance covers. Jeremy answered and long story short I couldn't get help so he drove here himself and jump started my car. Can you believe that? So if you need insurance I strongly suggest Jeremy at Bryan Insurance Group here in Maryville. They definitely love their clients. BTW he also found a way to lower my premium, Merry Christmas to me.

After the initial email contact and a productive 15 minute phone call, the account rep agreed to provide a quote... and never did. I sent a polite follow-up email 10 days later, and there was no response to that. At least I was able to get a sense of their commitment to service before any money changed hands... a different agency responded promptly and we purchased a policy from them. Two stars instead of one because of the useful information provided in the phone call.
