Dr. Iglehart would have let me die instead of finding a cause for my pain. Instead he said I wanted pain meds and he wasn't going to give me any. I was in horrific pain and simple blood work or xray would have gave him a diagnosis. He let me suffer for 8 years and sent me a I will no longer be your doctor letter. I suffered a stroke and the hospital found that I had Ankylosing Spondylitis and Sacroilliitis. Two conditions that he never found. Dr Iglehart is the most thorough and caring doctor I have met in my life. All of the negative reviews are related to front desk or Baptist healthcare communication issues. Dr Iglehart is the absolute best communicator!
Great care and great service.
I finally got a 5:15 pm appointment with Dr Iglehart through MyChart, inwhich may have been a bad decision to make an appointment so late but I was suffering from an reoccurring upper respiratory infection that had been diagnoised and treated a few weeks early by the Nurse practicioner because Dr Iglehart had no appointments available. Now I have seen and listed Dr Iglehart as my primary doctor for years but my visit this time was not was at all what I expected. Pretty upset right now; I needed to make an appointment and the phone just rang and rang and rang. I called around 4:50, which is close to closing time, however it is not 5:00 pm. What struck me the most odd is that as soon as 5:00 hit, the phones switched to the away message for the day. So I get the feeling someone was sitting there not answering the phone just waiting for 5:00 to roll around, and that really ticks me off. I like Dr. Iglehart, however the facility and the staff just are dissapointing.
