Edit: unfortunately I had to come here again (at my fault) Place is still great, cheapest prices in town to repair/replace just about any hose needs. About 1/4 of the price of local chain auto parts stores. Their business model is not to price gouge you just because you need something, unlike every other retail store. Bought some fuel hose for $7/ft as opposed to O'Reilly's $30/ft I absolutely LOVE being able to repair an AC line for $10 here opposed to purchasing a brand new one for over $100. We have bought a lot of hoses from this place. As well as having hose repaired. I have always dealt with the guys up front they were always great. Unfortunately I met the owner today and let’s just say we will never do business with them again. Rude and obviously has plenty of money to treat customers however he wants. The only advice I have for you Dan is take some lessons from your employees on how to talk to customers...
