I have been doing business with brian hosen gasket for almost forty years. Recently, I had two hoses made when I returned an hour trip.One hose was four and a half inches too long. I called and explained what happened and had to drive an hour back. I did ask for a discount to cover my fuel. And some of my time, but the secretary was not there that day. Edit: unfortunately I had to come here again (at my fault) Place is still great, cheapest prices in town to repair/replace just about any hose needs. About 1/4 of the price of local chain auto parts stores. Their business model is not to price gouge you just because you need something, unlike every other retail store. Bought some fuel hose for $7/ft as opposed to O'Reilly's $30/ft I absolutely LOVE being able to repair an AC line for $10 here opposed to purchasing a brand new one for over $100.
