After initial contact, never heard back from Bryan. Attempted to contact him on several occasions, both by phone and email. Very disappointed.
We had an issue that required us to talk to Bryan. We reach out with no luck, the office ladies kept saying they gave him the message. Then you call the corporate HQ all they tell you is to reach out to the local office…but when the local office refuses to call back, what are my options? They would state to call the local office. Pure insanity! After a month he return the call but refused to call and called my wife.
