Very gruff and unprofessional. Telling me that he was supposed to be somewhere else?! Is that professional? I was impressed by him when I met him before the surgery. This time , no. How unimportant can you tell a patient that they are. 😳
He was well prepared for my visit and was very conscientious in tracking things down to help me

PA Hart was very human and informative in my neurosurgery follow up. Gave me several tips to speed recovery from back surgery that are already working. Highly recommend!!
