Hands down, best dentist in Columbia. Great experience with Dr Foote. I’ve been going to his practice for 7 years and my husband has for 10.
My experience with this dental practice was frustrating due to significant issues with both communication and billing transparency. I hope the office will address these systemic problems. Confusing Appointment Structure: My initial appointment was scheduled as a 'regular dentist appt,' which I assumed included a standard cleaning. The office did not communicate that this first visit would be structured primarily as a consultation/exam to meet the dentist, nor was it clear that I would not receive a cleaning. Excellent service!! Dr.Foote is wonderful and takes his time to explain. Also Nicky is amazing and cares about people. All of his staff is extremely welcoming/ friendly. 10/10 office is super clean!!
Absolutely love Dr Foot’s office and staff! Special shout out to the Liz at the front! She always greets me with the biggest smile and makes me feel welcome! This helps ease any anxiety I may have about being at the dentist! She also is so friendly at the end of my visit! Highly recommend this office!
