First off, I would like to say Kevin and his team in service actually communicate well with their customers. And the team and the garages actually help out a whole lot by getting in and taking care of the problem. And working very fast to get you in and out. So you can get back on the road and start making money. Again. I do appreciate each and every one of them.
Sales the department is great. Service department has no customer service skills . Waited at the counter for 30 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged by service members who was present.Don’t know if I’ll be taking a truck back to them.
