Excellent professionalism, never a bad experience.
Dr. Frain is a great doctor however, his supporting cast sucks. Mary Jo the nurse that is in house will tell you anything to get you off of the phone. The receptionist are courteous and have nothing to do with triaging or answering questions. You get the procedure and then to hell with you after that!
