The person who calls you from waiting room,weighs you and takes your vitals should be the face of the practice. In this office on this day the face was impersonal at best. All other aspects of the practice were very good to excellent - particularly the physician,tech and scheduler. There was minimal to no waiting. All in all a well run office.
Staff and doctor Bryan Frain were professional and very informative. Sorry to see that Doctor Frain is retiring this June.
