Physician well skilled on my three appointments & left w/ improvement for severe neck pain.. He said I needed to see him x 5 consecutive weekly visits as tx plan. While checking out receptionist reviewed his orders & presented schedule appt 8 wks out. Reminded her physician recommended weekly but she said I could be placed on cancellation call down list. This amounted to a lottery type practice that seemed less concerned about pt vs maximizing pt volumes. Very unprofessional.
I have been seeing Dr Hawkins for the last year and a half. He is an extremely professional and caring person who does everything he can to help you. He is also highly skilled. I have had many injections & he makes it tolerable which I really appreciate. I have recommended him to several friends & family because of the confidence I have in him. He has truly helped me with really difficult problems & I am so grateful.
