I had a blade stuck in my cordless, Milwaukee Sawzall and took it to Bryan to have it removed. The nice lady took it from me, disappeared for about 3 minutes and then came back to the counter and handed me the Sawzall with the blade removed. The best part was, I wasnt charged a dime! She had told me over the phone that it could be \$16, but apparently it wasnt that complicated for an expert at Bryan to remove it. Now THAT is service. I will certainly go back if I ever have any issues with any of my electric tools.
