The prices are sky high and the dental assistants, and even the dentists don't know what common medications are for, and they do not care. Dr. Rose needs to move on, rude and arrogant. They fill your teeth with the softest material, only to fall out, then charge again the same exact price for the hardest material. I went in with a broken tooth and with my insurance I was very adamant asking about my bill as you cat pull blood out of a turnip. They told me my crown would be 100% out of pocket because my allotted amount has been used for the year by my first visit which I also paid around $500 and was my first dental trip of the year. So I go in get all the work done all done I pay out over $1500 and was assured that would be it. Fast forward three month I had another bill from them stating I owe them another $400. I don’t understand why there are so many one star reviews on here. Their experiences have not been mine. This is my experience: I’m a traveling nurse, and when I was out of state, not yet even established with Dodd dental, a filling popped out. So there I am at work with a hole in my tooth and I’m kind of freaking out. I called the number that I had for Dr. Dodd because I was expecting to establish with them sometime in the future, and it was apparently Dr. Dodd‘s personal number. Been a patient for probably close to 20 years. They have a great staff and I have never had any issues. They should have a better rating than 3.6.
I've been coming here for years. Even when my dental insurance didn't cover this specific facility, I chose to come back to Dodd Dental. They are usually very respectful of time: never waiting long to be seen and never feels rushed. Today my hygienist even caught a slow build up that others may have mistaken as cement under a crown but she questioned it enough to look over historical pictures to find it was something that was tarter and needed to be removed.
