What a disappointment. That all I have to say. From rude office workers to the scheduling department. Dr. Is lazy.
The Dr and the office is lazy and doesn't want to handle paperwork. Also can not even make or schedule a simple appointment correctly. They say the have openings but don't use the mychart app to notify of the openings. Let's not forget how rude the Dr and his staff is.
The office staff is very helpful and friendly. The Doctor's are knowledgable and very professional. My husband and I will never leave this practice.
I called this morning trying to get an appointment as a new patient since their wwebsitewould not let me make online appointment for this doctor, but I was on hold so long that I gave up and called another provider. What is wrong with the healthcare industry that they cannot communicate with patients and even answer a phone these days?
Dr Davis is definitely a very caring and knowledgeable endocrinologist! Not in a rush and explains things so you understand! My husband and mother came from another endocrinologist and we are very happy that we found Dr Davis… his staff is very nice and the office always looks great with the different decor for the seasons! Overall I would definitely recommend Dr Davis!
