I had a very poor experience with Dr Springer and Orthocarolina. It is over a year since my knee replacement and I am still struggling with pain and walking. The knee is substantially worse than before surgery. Dr Springer is very insulated from his patients. All post op communication was "forced" through the online portal. He delegates all portal communication to an admin/tech so you have no direct communication with him after surgery . Dr Bryan D. Springer, an excellent orthopedic physician specializing in hip and knee surgery with OrthoCarolina in Charlotte, NC, has seen me several times over the past ten or more years, due to osteoarthritis of my knees. My experience with Dr. Springer and his team at the office and at the hospital was truly 5 star. If you need a knee replacement Dr. Springer is the best.
Always liked this place. The staff is great and always friendly and very polite and willing to help in any way. I have told a lot of friends and family about you and what good care you provide for your patients. Thanks to all who do a great job and caring for us.
