A dental assistant at this practice dropped a heavy dental instrument on my face while I was getting 2 fillings. It got worse from there. *update* after parting ways with this office, they sent me an appointment reminder (for an appointment I obviously didn't make) because this office is horribly managed.* The dentist doing my fillings, Dr. Anita Purohit, told me that nothing was broken and asked if I was okay. The crown I got from Dr. Haynes was not properly seated towards the gum and just 3 years after getting it, I have a cavity that formed from the gap. I had noticed the gap after the procedure but didn’t think it a big issue and didn’t ask to get it replaced but the Dr knew and decided it wasn’t a problem.
I've always seen Dr. Zeuss here and have gotten great dental care. She is kind, patient, extremely thorough in her exams and very gentle with cleanings. She has also done some cosmetic fillings in my front teeth that turned out perfectly. My appointments always start on time and the front office is polite and efficient.
Dr. Anita Purihot is a very thorough and knowledgeable dentist. I needed several crowns and she did them with precision and gentleness. I am very happy with her work and will be seeing her for all my future dental needs. She is a great addition to Dr. Haynes practice.
