Dr Chastain and all of the ladies that work with him have great bedside manners. Always listen when you have suggestions or alternatives to the meds and treatment that you are on. And takes the time to answer all of your concerns and questions. What more can you ask for?
Great Doctor understanding and communicating details at the patient level as well as a down to earth type. Listens closely to patients concerns and addresses each specifically. Takes the time required and never in a hurry doesn't take himself so serious and has a very real sense of humor. His staff reflects these qualities too always helpful and kind.
I was told I have to apply to be a patient even though I am a health care professional at St Thomas near his office.
This doctor is absolutely amazing!!! He actually takes time to listen to you. I would recommend him to any and everyone!!!
