Excellent service. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient as she walked me through the process of obtaining a real ID. Friendly, courteous and efficient.

I went to your office today to get a Real ID for my daughter, and it was honestly the worst experience ever. The older lady sitting on the left, the one in charge of IDs and licenses, was rude from the start. When I mentioned I wanted a Real ID because we travel a lot, she acted annoyed and basically tried to talk me out of it. Then she turned on my daughter – telling her to back away and not touch any of the toy behind her colleague desk in a tone that was completely unnecessary.
