This paper keeps getting worse. We moved here in August and had many problems. Now we can't even get missing paper delivered. No one works at the office and the phone number provided gets you an answering service that doesn't know anything about billing inquiries. We have missed so many papers over the last month and they don't deliver or replace it like they said they would do. We are quite dissatisfied with the service.
