My experience with Dr Ding was a total nightmare. The surgery he performed on my right foot was a failure and I will never be the same because of his incompetence. I will spare you the graphic details and the horrific pictures. Dr Ding performed joint fusions on my 2nd and 3rd toes. The fusions on the 2nd toe failed. He also reattached tendons on my 2nd and 3rd toes. The reattachment on the 2nd toe didn’t hold. Dr. Ding is the BEST orthopedic surgeon anyone could ask for! I had a very complex case and he helped me get back to normal! Thank you so much DR DING and STAFF❤️ will forever be grateful to you guys!
Just arrived at Dr Ding’s office. Told by Kellen Adam’s to check in on the app. I didn’t have my password and was told by Kellen Adams “this is how it’s done in MY office” she went on to say” MY office is paperless”. I found it funny that she pointed to a paper when she emphasized this. It’s a shame that a receptionist can have such a power rush when dealing with patients.
