For the most part they are good at responding and getting u taken care of i dont feel like i was really listended to literally an in and out kind of doctor which is ok for some. But i have issues with a certain receptionist being rude and short with me I understand i can be hyper active and hard to deal with but im sometimes but in never rude to anyone anyone so she should work on that.
I am so pleased with my visit! Dr. Burns is truly caring and treats you like a friend! He listened to my concerns...then also gave me feedback that made me actually feel good about myself..and the confidence to just be happy, and healthy! His nurse Shannon is so kind... she too also made me feel like she was a friend. The front desk...the girls where fun to talk to. I can't say enough positive things about how great this visit went. I am so glad that I have Dr. Burns as my primary care physician!🌻
Staff was rude, and I was asked to reschedule for being 5 minutes late.
Dr. Burns took the time to listen to me and was on time and respectful.
I'm so angry with this man. My 77 year old family member went to the infusion center to get her covid antibody medication after testing positive. 5 minutes before the start of the infusion he called and talked her out of getting it! As a nurse myself I've known hundreds of people who have improved after these medications were given and not one who had complications. I have never seen such bad advice given to a patient. I wish I could give a big fat ZERO!
