Staff is extremely professional and an enjoyment to be around. You're treated like family as soon as you walk through the door.
Brandon Whitaker does not communicate well or effectively. We were called to one of his projects to provide a large leaded glass window. Requests for meetings and project status updates were ignored. Months later we were asked to re-quote and led to believe that the project was back up and running. We invested in more design time and materials and haven't heard a thing from BRW Construction since then. Very poor communication/vendor treatment.
