Very disappointed with the quality of work. I had a horizontal privacy fence installed, and the wood is warped and the posts are uneven. The gates are completely slanted and don’t latch. I was unable to get ahold of James until I withheld funds. He finally came to fix the gates, but his solution was to just cut part of the wood out so it looks even worse now. And still doesn’t latch. Many mistakes, especially gate area. Will not respond to my request to repair areas that are poorly done.
Terrible! Not only did he do the job incorrectly, but he was awful to work with. First, he told us he didn't need a permit because he built multiple fences in our area, but the first day he started we had the city show up and tell us we needed one. Then he put our fence in incorrectly. He was rude and did a poor job of fixing our cement (the he messed up). He told us it would take a week....took over a month. I would give him 0 stars if I could.
I hired a company to tear down and replace my 240 foot privacy fence. Needless to say they never showed up. I was very pleased to get in touch with one James B*** from brutusdawg llc. This company came the same day and tore down the old fence and in 3 days had the new one up. Thank you James and brutusdawg.
Not only did we have to have them correct several posts that were misplaced and have them redo a section of the fence because they went across property lines, but we also did not end up with the work we were promised. Neither gate or the latches provided are satisfactory. We set up a follow up appointment to discuss the issues and he never showed up. Now he is not returning our calls or texts. So much for a one year warranty. This guy is a waste of money and VERY unprofessional.
