I have ordered parts in the past and had no problems however I have now called three times to order other needed parts and can't get a return call. Not ideal when your machine is down and non useable.
Other reviews not correct. I've been riding Brutus rollers since 94 working on tennis courts. The machine is great and the guy knows his stuff and runs a good business.

Very unhelpful, if you need assistance addressing problems with the Honda engine. Lee is argumentative and has no patience and capacity to listen, rudely hanging up on me three times, offering no help.
