Good luck if Brenda answers the phone. I called looking for 2 concrete lids for my septic tank. I suppose she calls them plugs so the conversation was extremely painful. I apologized and called Shaffer concrete and problem solved I’m making the much longer drive to get the product I need.
I called with questions about concrete services they provide. The lady , I believe her name was Brenda, could not help me with my concerns and was short like she was to busy to help me. I have no idea how to set up concrete services for myself . I guess I'll look elsewhere.
