Horrible Service. Stopped by for some parts, and couldn't believe how rude they were. Ended leaving and going elsewhere. Figured the small town shop would be better but guess not in this situation.
Thousand dollar lesson learned the hard way. Fair warning, you don't buy anything used from this place. Granted the items say as is no warranty, but the guys that work there tell you that these mowers are thoroughly inspected and that they've never had anyone have a problem with a used mower. Totally packed
Don't buy anything used from here. They tell you that the used mowers are serviced and ready to go, but that is not the truth. Bought a used lawn mower from them, when I started it up in the lot after purchasing it, the PTO would not work correctly. So they gave me a different one, when they were testing it out it also was not Working correctly. Getting my money back wasn't an option I was told, So I ended up with the third mower In the line. Burton's had to be the best hardware store on the planet. They have a lot of stuff and it may not be all organized real pretty however if you need it they got it. And someone there will know where it is. Got a 1952 kitchen stove needing a heating element they probably have it. Prices are good and the service is great. If you looking for a couple day vacation stop by and wonder thru the store. It's amazing. Everytime I go it's always a hour just because I like to look at all the stuff they have.
