I called this firm and immediately Matt took my call and heard my story, he gave me a free consultation about my situation. Later in the evening I had another few questions and left him a voicemail, he returned my call first thing the next morning. He answered questions that went beyond a simple consultation and eased my stress about the situation. He didn't have to do this without fees, but he did. He took the time to listen and understand. Matt Dougherty saved the purchase of our dream home. Only 4 days before the closing of our new home we were notified that the title company would not sign off on the purchase because of marital status concerns with the home seller.
