Do NOT rent at *****************. Despite a change in the landlord, for several years they have over charged my family rent. They will lie and say you never signed paperwork, not give you copies so when the time comes, they covered their tracks. They dont fix anything and allow BLACK MOLD to grow inside units. Horrible management. My daughter has lived there for a year now and since they have a new so called on sight Manager it has been a nightmare. She has been harassed to the point she wouldn't even go home. Then was threatened to lose her place due to not being there. My daughter has multiple disabilities and this is her first place and was so very proud of it. She has come home to find things moved in her apartment. Knowing someone has been in there. I rent one of the properties owned by this business. I have lived in the rental for 12 years. I have never received as poor of treatment as I do now. The current property manager makes lease violations up against me and puts them on my record with no proof. When I try to get them off because they aren’t true, she just says no. I’ve also got charged for repairs that were never done. We got our visitor parking taken away. No one is allowed to park here even though there are plenty of spaces open all the time.
