Although I couldn’t continue my membership due to work reasons, these people give phenomenal customer service and truly make you feel at home whenever you visit. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to make a healthy change in their lives.

Had a great drop in at Arsenal Health and Fitness today! The crew I worked out with were fantastic and welcoming. Can’t say enough about the facility! Right from iPAD waiver, simple, very clean facility, so much variety in equipment - boxing heavy bags, hyrox full set up, CrossFit, ERGs, treadmills and who doesn’t love airdyne and ECHO bikes. A great turf area for a variety of fun. A full recovery area with 2 saunas, 2 cold tubs, normatec boots, red light therapy booth and treatment rooms. If you live in the area and aren’t ... read more

This is a super great gym. The trainers in particular are awesome - they make challenging but fun programs, are super knowledgeable and helpful, and are just good people. Special shout out to Maria, Danny, Austin and Liv! I highly recommend this spot

They have recently limited recovery hours and the open gym is pretty unusable unless it’s the evening. They make erratic changes quite often (in body scan was locked away when it used to be open to all mem... read more

Update 2/27/25- this gym has really changed and not for the better. They have a history of moving class times, making it difficult for members to find routines. There is also a very weird divide in the community where a group of social media influencers came in. It feels like they get preferential treatment over us members looking to get in a good workout. That group will take over the entire gym for their workout, even when there are other classes or workshops going on. This group made no attempt to be part of the existing ... read more
