My first visit here was great. Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel right at home immediately. I was really impressed with the space and inventory of equipment. And I couldn’t help but notice that they have some dawgs training in there…. 💪
Best gym in Gadsden, if not the world. The people are so friendly and welcoming. All the coaches are great especially the one with long hair that works the Friday afternoon classes. 7 out of 5 stars.

Great Box! Reminds me of the CrossFit gym I started with. Easy to drop in and the staff was very welcoming. I would go to this place again the next time I visit. Highly recommend to anyone considering joining CrossFit or dropping in.
Well equipped and clean. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and on top of his game. Obviously has great passion for health and wellness
