Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve been trying to get unresolved issues addressed since October 2024, and to this day, nothing has been done. The compaction was never performed properly after excavation, which led to significant settling — a clear sign of poor workmanship. In addition, the tree stump that was supposed to be removed, as agreed with the Forman on site, was simply left there and has been ignored ever since. Dan was great and I would highly recommend him to anyone! He walked me through the whole process and showed me exactly where our sewer line had cracked and was at risk of rupturing. He did not put undue pressure on us to fix more than was necessary and was very accommodating to our timeline. They got the job done quickly and with a great result. In addition to the excellent work, he is a great, friendly guy who you will enjoy chatting with.
