BRUTE did a great job replacing our lead water line. As first time homeowners, they were very transparent with us on the process, and coordinated seamlessly with the town for permits. It was all done within a day and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace lead water lines.
Daniel was upfront with us on cost, and when they could start. When a sinkhole developed a few weeks after they did the work, they came back and fixed it. They were professional, cleaned up the street after they were done, and answered every question we had.
In a time where good customer service is nonexistent, especially when it comes to contracting, Brute Contracting proves to go against the grain. I cannot say enough good things about our experience using Brute to install a new sewer line for our home. From consult to project completion, everything went smoothly. They were always on time, responded quickly to any questions, were beyond knowledgeable, and quick! One of the best experiences with a company I've ever had.
I reached out to Brute after another company claimed I had a sewer line break that needed repair. Daniel came out to inspect the issue himself and determined there was no break.
