Incredibly disappointing. Gym was once a hardcore place to train hard and pump iron. New owner is incredibly rude and hostile at one point I was even afraid of escalation, gym is no longer hardcore, and most of the machines have been changed out. No longer 24/7, legitimately no reason to workout here over planet fitness or crunch. Shame with how great this place used to be.

As of 8.19.2025 Gym is Closed under New Mgmt. Maybe Remodeling ? Called number on Front Door that stated to call for New Gym name , New Membership and it went some dudes Phone ? No answer left a Msg . 1 week later , no return call from said Dudes phone #

This gym is now under new ownership, but unfortunately the customer service has declined. The new owner shows a poor attitude and lacks professionalism in the way he speaks to long-term members who have supported this gym for years. My message to the new owner: learn how to treat members with respect and run a business properly.

Rustic, has some relic equipment. If you want an old school session, that’s the place to go. Solace and serenity, intensity and aggression.
