Brustolon service department has saved me time and again. Lisa, one of the service techs can usually diagnose the issue just off description alone. Carl a master mechanic noticed some complete factory defect, saving me from a seized motor. Can't thank the service crew enough. I will take my truck only there for any major issues. Always buy the extended warranty.
Terrible business, they raised the price of a vehicle $3000 from what it was posted online due to putting on "new tires". BUYER BEWARE

The worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything in my lifetime!!!! I highly advice to stay clear of this dealership! I work in sales, and I have never seen such awful customer service. The vehicle I purchased 2.5 weeks ago is still not ready and I have been without a car! They did not give me a rental and I have been shuffling around my extended family's vehicles in order to be able to simply pick up my son from preschool, plus have missed out a number of work opportunities because of this inconvenience.
