I’ve had a negative experience at this location. I accidentally ordered pickup instead of delivery twice — the first time they refunded me immediately, but the second time was much more difficult. Recently, I called on a holiday just to check their hours, and the same staff member who gave me a hard time before pretended she couldn’t hear me. I tried calling three times, and she hung up on me each time. I ended up calling the Bruster’s in Manassas instead, and they were helpful, told me their hours, and even had the birthday... read more
