The staff members were very nice. The ice cream is delicious, and the quality of the product here is as good as SC. I was pleasantly surprised. I will make the 37-minute drive back down to Bowie again. Well worth the trip.
The manager at this location was extremely rude to me after a simple request to simply change the flavor of the ice cream that I ordered. The young lady that I requested to change the flavor of my ice cream with did not know how to handle the situation so she went to talk to the manager, the manager comes to the window, (the same window that I've been standing at outside for almost a half an hour in 90 degree heat because they closed the inside window and only have one window going outside even though there's a line down the... read more
