When this location actually has basic flavors like coffee and chocolate available, the staff who greets you are rude and abrasive, like they can't be bothered to give you the time of day. If you ask them when they might have some of these basic flavors in stock, they will inform you that they "do not serve" these flavors. Great portions
Went to Buster’s of Hollywood tonight and we were in line prior to 9, and an employee came to the order window at 8:57 to tell all of the customers in line, sorry we are closing at 9 and will not be serving anyone we don’t get to by 9pm. Many of us had been in line prior to 9pm. Mind you they had no WiFi, preferred cash payment, and the line was moving extra slow. This is very poor customer service so if you plan on getting ice cream from Buster’s of Hollywood you better get there extra early before closing time.
