they advertise 14 non dairy flavors of ice cream but when you go they tell you they don’t have any non dairy flavors right now. false advertising.
These were the worst Nathan hotdogs I ever had soggy bun, undercooked fries, lemonade so sweet. You will go diabetic. The young lady who took my order was extremely rude. I would never come back. It looks like they do not care about the success of their business.
Oh my god I swear… I asked the girl if she could add strawberries toppings on my sundae ice cream and she really said “I can’t just add strawberries to the ice cream” like what??… yes you can.. it’s literally a topping listed on the menu..
I had an extremely disappointing experience during my weekly visit to Bruster's this past weekend. I arrived with my two-year-old at the same time as another family, only to be informed that we would not be served. I explained that we had arrived simultaneously with the family ahead of us, and the Bruster's employee responded that they would be their last customer, as the store closed at 9:00 PM and it was 9:01 PM.
