They advertise that they have dairy free flavors and now this is the second time I've come to this establishment and there has been no dairy free flavors besides sortbet. Do not advertise that you have dairy free flavors made with oat milk when you don't.

I went in tonight and asked for a bowl with three scoops—two cookies and cream, one pistachio—with rainbow sprinkles. Simple enough. The girl helping me (possibly in training) seemed confused and asked if I wanted rainbow ice cream and three separate bowls. I politely clarified, but she got flustered and rolled her eyes.
