Ive been going to Bruster’s for years now but I have got to say Zach is amazing and gave great customer service I was honestly thinking about not going back after my last visit with one of the girls being disrespectful toward me but thank you Zach for the great customer service of it weren’t for him I probably would not be going back. The girls in there have horrible attitudes
Ice cream was good! I had the brookie flavor on a waffle cone. Very cool that if you have a little one under 3 ft you get a free ice cream cone !
I went over to get ice cream yesterday... The young kid who took my order he was being rude always being rude
Good luck they might let you know that they are out of something and would you like something else as a topping or they just throw it in a bag and you don't find out until you get 30 minutes away
