Second time coming where they messed up my order…. It’s ice cream how hard can it be to make it correctly
First off, tasty ice cream. However, I read through some of the reviews because I thought I was overreacting. A bunch of teens with no supervision, lack of focus whether there are two customers or twenty, backs to the closest windows and others across the room will just stare at you instead of providing service/prompting the other that someone is there, on their phones and conversationssimply continue like a customer isn't in front of them. I really wish they consistently had a dairy free ice cream option. Even just basic chocolate and/or vanilla. Blackbird in Beaver is a great option for a backup but doesn't have the best hours and sometime difficult parking.
Well they built a beautiful new building but now they have less flavors than they did at the old store. Have a drive through but you cannot pick up online orders at the drive through. Would rather have the old store and more flavors. First world problems. 🤷♂️
