Bruster's has a lot of choices! They also support local schools which I LOVE! They also offer a taste before you make a choice. DOG friendly... your dog will get a free doggie treat! Also little kids under a certain height get a free baby cone. YAY
pay attention to your receip I was charged $41.77 for ice cream that totaled $14.77 and the cashier gets an attitude with me because I question her in a confused voice..
Their fresh variety of unique flavors of ice cream make me happy! This is the best ice cream in the area and the only place I go for ice cream since I moved to Ohio - never disappoints!

Why are there prices so high? It's not that good. It's average ice cream at expensive price. There's not a lot of flavors to choose from. Nothing special to justify the prices. .50 just for a few sprinkles on top of my childs milkshake. They would probably get more business if the prices were reasonable.
The customer service was horrible . When we received our food the buns were solid and stale . I asked for onions on my hotdogs and the were ice cold and soaking wet and slimy . Obviously they have sat in a bin for a day or two. Not only was the meals disgusting , when we received our ice cream , it was like soup because it had sat on the counter for so long . Good service. Generous scoops. Absolutely the best ice cream cakes for parties. Huge selection.
I really enjoyed the time that I was here, they have a great staff, very charming and polite, they also love to interact with their customer.
They also have frozen yoghurt in here and I like the alternative that they offer their customers. They have some of the best flavors of yoghurt in here and their toppings are just amazing.
