The indian owner wants to save money by running the freezer right at 32 degrees, making the ice cream as soft as McDonalds soft serve. Also, the guy used a scoop out of the bottom of the sink without rinsing or washing it - gross as $%^&. I dunno, maybe that's how they do it on the subcontinent. I won't be back.
