0/5 if I could. I visited today afternoon, I specifically asked before ordering if we could sit inside because I was carrying a sleepy baby and it was very windy outside. The staff said yes, but after I paid and got my order, they told us we couldn’t sit inside. Very misleading and poor customer service. The banana split was also disappointing and not worth the price. I won’t be coming back.
I've always like getting some Bruster's ice cream whenever I'm in the area and today was that day. While I ordered I realized that this store is definitely struggling a little and it kinda made me sad. The way the store is set up is for you to order them from a window.
